I just finished my first week of training. So far so good. I only skipped one day, but I made up for it by running an hour tonight at 9:00 after a long day on the road. Once again I'll be blogging my training as a means to let you help me keep on track.
I've had a year off of any serious exercise, so I'm starting over. Sigh. Hopefully this time I'll stick with it after the team is done running.
